Summit State Bank Promotes Renee Hoffman to Vice President

Santa Rosa, CA – (February 12, 2015) – Summit State Bank (NASDAQ: SSBI) has promoted Renee Hoffman to Vice President and Credit Administration Manager.

Renee joined Summit in 2014 and brings over 30 years of banking experience. Her past responsibilities include Loan Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Project and Product Development, Commercial and Construction Lending and Special Assets. Renee has been instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Lending Group during the search for their new Chief Credit Officer, Brandy Seppi.

In her free time, Renee enjoys spending time with her husband, Gary.
