Summit State Bank Recognized again as a Top Corporate Philanthropist in the Bay Area

Santa Rosa, CA – (July 24, 2015) – Summit State Bank (NASDAQ: SSBI) received recognition as one of the Top Corporate Philanthropists in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times. Summit State Bank’s donations as a percentage of profit ranked in the top 15 among the top corporations in the Bay Area. Summit State Bank was one of two Sonoma County-based companies to earn this recognition.

The award recognizes those companies that give back through innovative programs and strong commitment by its team members to make discernible and lasting differences in the communities they serve. Worldwide, the companies on the list donated more than $1.9 billion in cash in 2014.
