Santa Rosa, CA – (February 23, 2026) – Summit State Bank is pleased to announce that Connie Lee has joined the Bank as Vice President and Senior Commercial Underwriter.

Connie brings nine years of commercial lending and underwriting experience with regional banks across the South and Southeast United States. She has worked closely with relationship managers to evaluate commercial credit opportunities, assess risk, and structure sound lending solutions that support long-term portfolio quality. Known for her attention to detail and steady judgment, Connie takes a disciplined and practical approach to underwriting. She also previously owned a small business, adding perspective to her understanding of the needs of business clients.
