John Osborne brings over 25 years of lending experience to his role. He has served in positions involving credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio and relationship management, and business development. Most recently, he worked at American AgCredit as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager. John earned his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from California Polytechnic State University with an emphasis in Finance and Appraisal, and later obtained a Master of Science from the University of Nevada. He is an active member of the Alexander Valley Wine Growers and the Geyserville Chamber of Commerce.
Clay Popko joins with over 30 years of commercial lending experience, having spent the majority of his career at American AgCredit. He provided loans across all agricultural segments and built a strong foundation in commercial real estate lending and portfolio management. Clay earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University and holds a Certificate in Accounting from Golden Gate University.
